In a panic, I emailed James from Padden Plumbing that evening to see if I could be fixed up before Christmas with a replacement boiler. I was so worried. However I had no need to be concerned. James emailed me back immediately with a competitive price and advised that boiler could be fitted the next day. The guys fitting it were total professionals and we were back with heating that day. Unprecedented customer service. My mum is an OAP. Her 15 year old gas boiler broke down in Saturday afternoon during a freezing weekend. I contacted James on Saturday around tea time. He called out that evening and diagnosed the problem and called me straight away. We decided a boiler replacement was the best option. Here's what happened next... James returned that Saturday evening with electric heaters to keep her house warm. Next, Ecopipe his obviously trusted Worcester Bosch supplier especially opened their premises on Sunday, the next day, just so James and Austin could collect the new boiler. Both gave up their Sunday to make sure the new boiler was installed and commissioned that day. My mum had her heat back that afternoon less than 24hrs after I first made contact. What a fantastic example of real joined up customer service by James, his team and his supplier, really went above and beyond what anyone could have expected. Obviously highly recommended.

Excellent team, It's starting to get very cold and my heating system was not working so I called James.. There were here very quickly and had the problem solved in no time and very good rates too. I'm very glad I called these guys because winter is coming!
